Very Loud Machine

I bought this machine in January 2024. It has an extremely loud motor. I have another Nespesso that is much quieter. I am wondering if I got a lemon.

poor performance

Received for present worked great for first two months now need to reset machine before each use than crap shoot if it works after that. Gave it two stars because I haven't threw it away yet next review will be a one and done, Very disappointed in product and recommend mocha pot or a Keurig.

To ensure optimal use from your machine, we recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Highly recommend the Nespresso Vertuo machine!

I've had Vertuo Next machines for years and have had nothing but a positive experience.
The one at the office is used multiple times a day and my wife and I still enthusiastically recommend Nespresso products and this machine to friends and coworkers!
Let me also add that the coffee the Nespresso machines produce is what got me to switch from other products. So much better and I couldn't believe the quality of the flavor and fullness of the coffee. Great products and coffee IMO!

Good Quality Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying my Nespresso Virtuo Plus for a week now and it delivers a great cup of coffee. My favorite part is the layer of crema on top of each cup of coffee. I’m looking forward to making different coffee drinks with this and trying more flavors. I have so much more counter space with this machine because it’s so compact.

Great - till it died

It's been less than 2 years and my machine just stopped working. It won't turn on to even troubleshoot. Called Nespresso and there was nothing they could do, they gave me 2 alternative options. It was a great machine while it lasted but super disappointed that it failed so quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
