Get it together Nespresso

The machine lasted me a year and 2 months. Conveniently when the year warranty finished. Before warranty ran out it was working ok. Had to “troubleshoot” often to make sure it worked By that they meant unplugging and replugging. Save yourself the hassle. Don’t use this one. Nespresso didn’t care one bit their machine sucked. Purchased Oct 2022 and fully stopped working Jan 2024
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THIS SYSTEM IS THE BEST THING EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and now I find myself using it more than her! The best coffee I’ve ever tasted and the options are endless. I am a very busy person and to have my morning cup of Joe at the ease of pressing a button has already made this new year great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Don’t buy this one

I got this for Christmas and thought it would be great but it’s not. The coffee is great but the machine is not at all user friendly

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Only good for one year

This machine is only good for one year, they replaced my first one and not the second one. It’s a bad product if it breaks down after one year. Won’t be re-purchasing this one.

Five stars until last week...

We have owned this machine for just shy of 8months and have enjoyed the machine and the wonderful coffee it makes. Unfortunately this past week it began giving us two flashing lights. After multiple descaling attempts and almost a sleeve of wasted pods due to the idea the codes on the bottom rim of the pods were not reading properly with no success. How do we fix this issue? We would like our machine to work properly.

Not recommended

I bought this last May. Of 2022 and it’s already broke. I only use it about once a week and I loved it, but today it wouldn’t power on. I worked with tech support and I was told it was out of warranty after a year. My choices were to send it in for repair for 65 or a discount on a new one. Highly disappointing on the quality for the price.

Not hot enough

I bought this machine because my vertuo next only worked for a year and then it would stop working. So I decided to try this model, now this model does not brew hot enough. I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews about how these machines don’t brew hot enough. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Love the coffee, but these machines just don’t work as well as I would expect them too.

Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. The Aeroccino warms the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching.
