Awesome features, easy to use

Received as a gift from my son's. I was so surprised and excited. I love this machine. Genius. Coffee and espresso are very delightful. A new perspective on coffee and fewer runs to the coffee shop.

Love Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would absolutely recommend Nespresso coffee and the machines. I have been using Nespresso Verttuo for many years. I just recently bought a second machine. If you love espresso then you will love Nespresso too. It makes perfect espresso every time.

Great first machine!

It was a great first nespresso machine. It lasted a total of about 2 years of use before the scanner for the pods quit working and would not brew the pods. I cleaned the machine regularly and did a deep clean of it once the pods quit scanning but it still didn't work. It's a little on the louder side and it can be tough to push down the lid and lock it. I decided to upgrade to a different machine since this one quit working, but I'd still recommend it to someone. 4 stars because I thought it would have lasted a little longer than 2 years of use.
