I wish I could rate this product 0 stars. This is the worst coffee pot I have ever owned. On to the second one and had to ship it back to Nespresso and still isn’t working.

erratic and cumbersome to fix

the it works its great. but frequent issues the are difficult to interpret and correct make using this machine frustrating. Especially when its first thing in the morning and haven't had your coffee

The ideal gift for coffee drinkers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Nespresso. I have one at my vacation house and my niece who was visiting loved everything about it! I decided to purchase this machine as a mother's day gift for her. This will be the second time I have gifted a Nespresso machine with a few sleeves of Nespresso to friends/ family. Thanks for such a great product and thoughtful item to gift for coffee lovers anywhere.

Machine will not turn on

I have only owned this machine two weeks, and it is already broken. Two weeks ago, it worked. I went away for one week and when I attempted to make a cup of coffee, the machine would not turn on, after following all posted instructions and many attempts. I now have an expensive, broken Nespresso Next taking up space on my countertop. This machine is NOT worth the money.

No way to hide a big thick cord!

I am enjoying my upgrade from the original BUT….the cord is in the worse place and just sticks out from the device and looks horrible on my counter. Such a disappointment especially I purchased the limited edition color to be “shown” on my counter.

We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Poor Reliability - do not recommend

This product failed in a little over 2 years. I keep it maintained, only use RO water, and Nespresso pods but it started leaking from the top of the machine during the brewing process. When it worked, it made great coffee but a coffee maker should not fail like this in such a short time. If you are considering this model, I do not recommend it purely on my experience of its reliability.

STAY AWAY

It’s a terrible machine. When it works it makes excellent coffee but again that is WHEN it works. It hardly ever works properly. I have done everything correctly and talked to their support multiple times which is a lengthy process in its own. Word of advice stay away from this machine!
