The Best Ever

I purchased this machine on 2/3/24 after my K machine started acting up and it's so so nice. Fast coffee when you are ready and it's a perfevct fit for my coffee bar. The coffee and espresso's are magnificent. The milk frother came with it and it tends to froth the almond milk very well. The only thing I hate is that I should have purchased the DUO long time ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Giving Up, reliability issues

When it works the coffee tastes great. Unfortunately after less than 6 months of use and it only making 2 cups a day, it is already broke. Even with regular rinsing and descaling and using softened and filtered water it no longer works. I had an orginal Virtuo and it lasted 2 years, then I had a Virtuo Plus and it lasted about a year, and now I have the Virtuo Next. They all seem to break right after I order 10 new sleeves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Purchased the Cold Brew Style pods for the Vertuo and machine turned red and won't brew the pods. Other pods work fine.

Short lifespan

I have gone through 2 of these in three months. They’re notoriously buggy and prone to issues. Save yourself the grief and get any other vertigo model!!!

Descaling is not easy / now won’t work

Machine was working great and really loved it. We are now at a point where I cannot get it to make coffee any more . I have had it for 6-7 months. There this process of descaling to clean your machine or it won’t work. It is a serious pain. There are many many YouTube videos on this. It’s not simple and I can’t get mine to work. I wish it was much simpler to clean as in sort of stuck right now.

Love Coffee Again!

I started using Nespresso after trying it at a hotel we stayed at. I bought the Vertuo machine with the frother so I could make cappuccino. After the first cup I was hooked as was my nephew. He also bought a machine. It's so quick to make a cappuccino and make whatever flavor you want by using different coffee pod blend and flavored cream. Cleanup is less than a minute. I no longer use my Keurig. I have tried almost every coffee blend they offer and have not found one that I don't like. With the Vetuo machine it made me love coffee again! No more boring coffee. I drink it throughout the day. It's much cheaper than a coffee shop and every bit as good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is single handedly the most annoying machine I have ever used. When you first get it without a manual you wouldn’t have clue how to do it. Even after reading the manual now my light is always red saying it’s still heating up when it’s been 15 minutes. It’s agony each morning.

Avoid this machine at all costs

This is the worst machine I’ve ever owned in ~10 years of Nespresso ownership. The app does not really help. The most frustrating capsule insertion of any machine ever. Holds less water than my last one. Capsule eject holder spills easily. This is probably the machine that takes me away from Nespresso ecosystem.
