Five stars until last week...

We have owned this machine for just shy of 8months and have enjoyed the machine and the wonderful coffee it makes. Unfortunately this past week it began giving us two flashing lights. After multiple descaling attempts and almost a sleeve of wasted pods due to the idea the codes on the bottom rim of the pods were not reading properly with no success. How do we fix this issue? We would like our machine to work properly.

I bought this last May. Of 2022 and it’s already broke. I only use it about once a week and I loved it, but today it wouldn’t power on. I worked with tech support and I was told it was out of warranty after a year. My choices were to send it in for repair for 65 or a discount on a new one. Highly disappointing on the quality for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not hot enough

I bought this machine because my vertuo next only worked for a year and then it would stop working. So I decided to try this model, now this model does not brew hot enough. I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews about how these machines don’t brew hot enough. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Love the coffee, but these machines just don’t work as well as I would expect them too.

This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend. Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. The Aeroccino warms the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching.

1 Year Machine

It’s a wonderful machine but does not last more than a year. Our first one completely stopped brewing and thankfully because it was under warranty, we were able to receive a free replacement.
This time I ensured to maintain it as recommended by doing weekly rinse cycles and every 3 months conduct a descale cycle. Alas this also did not last longer than a year.
While they did offer 30% off any virtuo purchase of a new machine, it makes me pause to question if this is something I will have to deal with every year.
I am truly a fan of the product and quality of the coffee, it’s just unfortunate that their machines don’t last longer than a year. Maybe some of the other models do, just not this one. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this model and you may have better luck with a model that has higher ratings.

You don't know until you know. Nespresso!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One day at a family get together, someone handed me a cup of coffee and I couldn't believe how good it was. I had to know what machine was used and to my surprise, it was a Nespresso machine. For year, I have been using the Keurig machine at home and although its ok, the coffee I was having at home was basically just drip coffee. Fast forward to the Nespresso experience and it was a game changer. I truly believe the difference starts with the espresso or coffee and the higher quality put into producing a superior product. The very next day after attending that party and having that great cup of coffee, I went to the mall which happened to have a Nespresso store. I took it as a sign and purchased a Nespresso machine and never looked back. I strongly suggest giving this brand a try.

Makes great coffee

I love the recipes that can be made..What I don't like is that the machine will break easily and usually only lasts a year or two before having to purchase a new one...

Awesome Single Serve!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could drink a pot of coffee like it was water but there are plenty of times I have let more than half go to waste. These days I am happy with a good strong single cup in the morning to make it through my day. The Nespresso has been a game changer and ensures I don’t waste any of the brown elixir!
