Coffee Machine Leaks From Behind

Initially we were satisfied with the VertuoPlus and had nothing but positive experiences. Unfortunately, the VertuoPlus now leaks from behind, and we've had the product for 1 1/2 years. We use the VertuoPlus as we have before, every so often in the morning and on weekends as part of afternoon snacks. We're wondering how this happened. To mitigate the issue, we've tried to turn it on and off, tightening the clamp holding the pod, and "hoping" it won't leak. It's a sad experience because we really enjoy the coffee; we've ordered several of the pods and are always amazed with the variety. We're wishing that Nespresso will reach out to help us resolve the issue. I really need the VertuoPlus for my mornings! I wake up ~5-530 Monday through Friday and the VertouPlus is a huge part of my day!

Another red light issue

I am having the same trouble that many of the other reviewers are having, the dreaded red blinking light. I have done all the trouble shooting that was recommended but the machine still does not work. The machine is only about 1 year old and I would have thought with the reputation and the name along with the price, I would have had a better machine Right now I don't think another phone call is going to help fix the problem I am an extremely unhappy owner.

Overflows Easily-- auto shut-off is unreliable

After about 6-8 weeks of casual use, this machine's auto shut-off has stopped working. I have to monitor the coffee and figure out when I think it should be done and manually stop it myself -- otherwise, the coffee will be diluted and/or the cup will overflow.

Should work for more than 4 months…

While I do love this machine when it works. I’ve had two of these machines and they’ve both broke. The first time, I was sent a new one (4 months ago and broke again) this time, due to the first time being an exception(even though it’s their machine that broke), now i have to send this one in to be repaired and I’m without a coffee machine for who knows how long. I’m tempted to go with a different brand because of this. How can this machine keep breaking?
Note: I descale regularly and I’m an obsessantly clean person.

I received this item as a Christmas present this year and was so excited to use it. Unfortunately it is defective and once you open it won’t close. I read the manual, watched videos, reset the machine and still it won’t close. I am sending it back this is ridiculous. Brand new out of the box and wasn’t even able to enjoy it. Idk how I’m going to fit it back in the box when the lid won’t even close

Cord sticks out

I bought this for my husband. He loves it! I hate it because of how the power cord is in front of the water carafe. I cannot hide it and it sticks out awkwardly. Pictures of the item did not show this or I would not have bought it.

Waste of Money

I purchased this machine as a gift and it only worked 3 times. This coffee maker is not worth the money or aggravation!

Night & Day

Night and day difference over the Vutuo Next. Taste is smoother, crema finer and less of it, perfect. Wish the Next would have broken sooner. Silver lining.
