Great espresso bundle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a birthday gift and it is the perfect size. The bundle I got came with a warming milk frother as well as a sample pack. Well worth it if you enjoy lattes but dont want to keep leaving the house to get them! Although on receiving the bundle the milk frother did not work, but they sent me a new one no questions asked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Coffee/Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our purchase. The VertuoPlus Deluxe makes excellent coffee and is very easy to use. Fits very welll on counter, and I like that I have option to remove front piece to put a larger coffee tumbler underneath for brewing.

Love VertuoPlus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second VertuoPlus for my vacation cabin. Would have given 5 stars but when I received my second machine, the water dispenser had a thick coating inside the dispenser that I was/am unable to remove. Called the technician who saw the obvious thick coating by video and is supposed to send a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, according to notification, it has been delayed. Still no updates on when it will be sent after a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coffee/espresso Heaven!

Just got my set today and am beyond excited about it! Sooo simple to use and the aerrocino is amazing! I just put my favorite creamer in it and push a button! PERFECTION. The espresso machine is just as easy to use and the flavor will make you say goodbye to Starbucks. Be aware that the pods determine the size of your coffee pour.

Little disappointed

I bought this machine for my office at work because I like my DeLonghi version of this machine so much. This version is built much cheaper. The water reservoir is smaller and the brew cycle is louder. It does make a good cup of coffee though and I do like the design for ease of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
