[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three weeks ago and love it! The automatic open and close feature is a step up from the manual twist to close. The adjustable water reserve is an added bonus!

Good coffee. Mediocre machine

I have had this machine for about 2 months. It used to be fairly quiet. Now, all of a sudden, the top makes a loud rattling sound when spinning the capsule. I have to lightly press down on the top in order for it to make less noise. Very disappointing.

The Plus is the way to go !

Narrowing down the machines were Vertuo Next or Vertuo Plus. I have chosen Vertuo plus and it’s been a blessing. Love the performance from every brew.
