Easy to use and self-emptying feature is handy.

Bought this as a gift for my partner and he loves the diverse amount of coffee options available. It is easy to set up and use and self-empties after each pod usage. It holds a great amount of water and doesn’t need filled every use.

Stay away from this model!

Stay away from this model! Had two that died within the warranty period. Not good! Fortunately, support is sending me a Evoluo, which sounds like it's a better model according to the reviews. We'll see! I only make two cups a day and cleaned it according to the manual.
Had a VertuoPlus before these two clunker models and that lasted about two years. So that model is fair. Hopefully the Evoluo is decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken in under a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee has a great flavor and it is hot as it makes its way into my cup. I like the way I can have a quick cup of coffee that has a lot of flavor without a need to do major clean up. The froth adds greatly to the taste. I have tried a variety of coffees, and they all have a distinct flavor.

I took the machine and coffee on vacation as I could not stand a day without my morning cup. I have tried a few different coffees with difficulty to mention my favorite as I am loving them all. So happy I was introduced to a Nespresso by my cousin!

Great Machine with Size Options

We were in the market for a new coffee machine and we’re going around on a larger brew coffee machine and a single serve with some flexibility. This Vertuo Next is just right for us. We love the variety of coffee options and size options. We’ve actually started drinking less coffee daily since each cup tastes so good.
