[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we did returned the coffe maker but because the coffee was not hot at the store with the one they tried coffee it always great the one they sold to us once again the taste was good but coffe not hot it was warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after 2 Years

Broke completely after only 2 years of less-than-maximal use. Not a great product for the price.

Worth Every Penny—Wish I Bought It Sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried Keurig, Shark, and Lavazza, but the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe is on another level. It was incredibly easy to set up, user-friendly, and delivers the most delicious coffee every single time. I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence—after years of debating the upgrade, I only wish I’d made the switch sooner.

We returned our Vertuo Next for this VertuoPlus, and what an upgrade! The automatic capsule/pod mechanism is a joy to use, and the large water tank is a welcome convenience as well. It’s even quieter to boot! We’ve only had the machine for four months, but we use it several times a day and it still works perfectly. 10/10

The BEST machine ever!

I received the Vertuo Plus as a gift a month ago, and this has CHANGED my life! I love how the machine will 'smart read' the barcodes on the pods and will allocate the water accordingly. It can make espresso, double espresso, and 2 different coffee sizes! I have not bought coffee from a cafe once since getting the machine! I highly recommend for all coffee lovers!

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. So far I have sampled 2. They were so delicious. I am ordering more pods. I didn't know there was another type of maker than the K-cups. I would highly recommend this! This was a VERY unexpected gift. It was given to me by the best couple. I hope they enjoy their first new home. <3
