Good and bad

Received the Vertuo Next as a Christmas gift. Having been a Keurig user for many years both at home and work, it was a big change for me. It works well and makes good coffee, but I wish that it had a larger side mount water tank. The pods are much more expensive than those for the Keurig. I do however like the used pod bin and the free recycling bags. Always recycled the Keurig pods but had to pay to do so.

i’m in love the the modern design and how it matches everything in my kitchen so well! a plus is that it isn’t loud when u need a coffee early in the morning

When I lived with my ex, she threw this little sucker straight out my second story office lol lil guy survived and sits as a working trophy @ my brother's lol just figured I'd share a funny little story about these coffee machines

I bought mine 2 yearsago and i absolutely love my machine. I even name him Nessi. I would buy another one if something happen to Nessi. No issues just take care it. Thank you!!!!

Constant descaling

Not even a month into owning it and it needs constant descaling. It’s always a question if I’m gonna get my morning coffee or not. They have no business charging this much for a machine that barely ever works. I don’t have a store close by me where I live so it’s difficult to get potable water from a store, if that’s even something that would help. Very dissatisfied with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Nespresso vertuo 241282A68032512E2BR.
THE COFFEE COMES OUT OF THE MACHINE LUKEWARM.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
I READ ANOTHER REVIEW THAT SAID THE COFFEE IS NOT HOT AND NEPRESSO TOLD THE PERSON TO HEAT THE CUP.

Thank you for your review! The Vertuoline machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend. Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink.
