[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only tried the sample pack so far. The machine works very nicely. Most of the coffees in the sample pack were pretty overpowering. I am ordering some milder coffees and believe those will be more enjoyable. We did like 3 of the samples and they were reordered. Understanding everyone’s taste is different it is nice to have a selection available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is so good. The crema that comes out is nice and velvety it’s our favorite part. Incredible coffee selection for anyone. I’m very impressed with how good it tastes and how easy it is to use. The automatic open and close is satisfying.

Much quieter than previous machine

It was also hard for guests to intuitively figure out how to operate the firm manual lock before brewing. This one is much quieter and the touch opening and closing is far more refined.
