Excellent machine and GREAT customer support!!!!!!

I have had my machine since December of 2018, almost 4 years. This machine has almost been flawless. There were only 2 times i have had problems and they were both an issue of not getting out of descaling mode. Each time i have called customer support they have helped me through my issue, very kind, and were patient with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a month ago and am very pleased with this purchase.. this V-line brews a perfect cup of coffee or expresso.. new incased style keeps dust particles from entering the water supply therefore keeping it out from the machine during the brewing process
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best cup of coffee!

My beautiful machine !

I love my machine and I have broken it in already! My bf and I love it. The white modern look is great!! My favorite pod so far is Bianco Leggero and Voltesso!

Pretty good coffee
