Easy to use great coffee

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago after two of my daughters recommended it. The coffee flavors are all great and not watered down. The only reason I didn’t select all stars is because pressing the top to begin the maker is not consistent. Sometimes I only need to press it once and other times two or three times. I don’t know if the delay is normal but it is confusing. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. We are bought are Nespresso machine a few weeks ago at Mall Of America. Amazing experience from start to finish . The machine and coffee are the best I've had. Highly recommend if you're serious about your coffee this is the way to go. Thank you to all the staff

Love the new look!

I noticed that Nespresso changed the look of the machine. The one that I have was six years old. There was nothing wrong with it except the coffee wasn't as hot as it used to be. I love the look of the machine and, of course, the way the coffee tastes. Happy I decided to upgrade!!

Too much vibration

I bought this product a couple months ago after my last Nespresso machine stopped working. I’ve had my coffee cup vibrate off the drip tray 3 times now and end up in the floor with coffee all over the cabinets and walls. Never had this problem with my last machine. I’ve had to stop using the drip tray all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this several weeks ago. Although it makes decent coffee, it is more like espresso (even their coffee sizes) and less like drip coffee. So depending on how you like your coffee, this machine may/may not be for you.

Delicious coffee every morning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting years to upgrade to a Nespresso from my auto-drip. Saved 25% over Labor Day. Don’t get me wrong, my auto drip (Technivorm Moccamaster) made its own delicious coffee, but now I have a coffee with a crema top & don’t have any dishwashing afterwards. Rivals a cup at the coffee shop!
