BEST product! Truly tastes better than any coffee I’ve ever had and the foam makes you have a “Starbucks” like experience ... but better.

This has elevated my coffee game without having to purchase an expensive espresso maker. I can get quality espresso drinks without having to go to a coffee shop which has saved me money compared to the cost of the Nespresso pods. The pods are recyclable and the process is simple, they provide you with a recycling bag that has a shipping label and once it is full you drop it off at ups.

LOVE LOVE LOVE can not say enough about how amazing this coffee maker is!! Like an expensive coffee shop but in the comfort of your own home!

Love this nespresso machine only problem is the leak of water at times. Only improvement I recommend is just to fix the water leak on the machine

Getting my own coffee/espresso machine was a total game changer. Our family previously had a Keurig, but the quality of the Nespresso is a lot closer to what you would experience at a coffee shop. The milk frother is great, and creates delicious froths for lattes, flat whites, and other beverages both hot and cold. The pods that nespresso offers are all delicious - I’m a fan of the double shot espresso and gran lungo sizes.

I do have some issues with this every once in a while. When I have people visit and more people use this machine, I found that you have to be sure to descale it way sooner than if it was just me using it. It’s not that big of a deal but can be annoying because sometimes the descaling process is a pain. I’ve found myself calling several times to help fix it and had to return my original machine and I had to return it and get a new one because it did stop working randomly. Customer service is extremely helpful though which makes it a bit better. Pods are quite expensive in my opinion but they are usually good quality so I don’t mind it too much.

The best pod coffee machine out there! I got this machine after staying in australia for a month. This is what everyone has down there and it makes great coffee for a pod machine. It’s strong and has great options.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to use and fast heating, great for a morning cup of coffee. Programme of sizes so you can choose how big or small. I couldn’t be without it.
