Do NOT buy a Nespresso. I received one for Christmas last year, because of an amazing experience with my friend's machine in Scotland, and I wouldn't stop talking about the delicious espresso. My first machine stopped working within 6 weeks, I cared for it and cleaned it, but the pod opening needle stopped working and there was always a lot of water leakage. I thought it was a fluke, and I was very happy that they offered to replace the machine. So I get my replacement and it lasts about 3 months this time, and then that one stops working so I get another replacement, and now that replacement has stopped working. Same problem every single time. It is incredibly frustrating because my friend in Scotland has had their machine for at least two years, making it pretty clear that this company uses completely different machines in different countries. I am not rough with my machine, I use their recommended cleaning method after almost every use, and I only use their pods. I love the taste of the Nespresso coffee, so I am very upset that I cannot enjoy it. I am tired of replacing this machine every 3 months or so. I cannot be the only one with this experience! So I hope you take this review into consideration before you spend your money, maybe buy a model from Europe or the UK if you can.

This machine works really good and i like the variety of the capsules. I also like that it can make iced coffee as well. It is spendy but worth the price

I love my Nespresso machine, I’ve had it for a couple of years and this is my must have kitchen device. Great customer service too, whether it’s in-store or over the phone. I like how great of a selection of coffees there is available for this machine also.

Love this machine. For me, it was a very apparent upgrade from my traditional previous coffee maker. The quality of coffee is suburb. I actually looked into the technology of how the foam is created through nespresso’s patents. Essentially the capsule is spun at over 1000rpm, which pushes the coffee grounds to the circumference of the capsule. Completely in love with package. The machine makes perfect coffee every time, and the coffee is a higher quality. I admire it every morning before drinking it — beautiful cream! The frothed works well also.

This Nespresso, is like making starbucks at home. It takes a while to prep the drink but it makes great coffee. This is one I wouldnt use if i was running late to work but for sure on mornings where I have time to make one.

It’s jut amazing. The coffee tastes so rich and delicious. Wash to clean and very quick. I just wish the pods for these were not so expensive.

This is my go to. I’m so glad I got this for Christmas last year. I use it almost daily and it’s so easy. I love how it’s customizable and all the different flavored pods!
