Super Loud

We received this machine as a gift for Christmas. It is now April and the machine is super noisy to use. I almost cringe when I have to make a cup because it is so loud. Still makes good coffee though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As part of your machine maintenance, we recommend the first time use steps at least once a week, to flush water through the head of your machine, and rinse away any coffee granule buildup. Your VertuoPlus machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. Great for a while

I had this a little over a year and can't get it out of descaling mode. It went through about 12 tanks of water and kept going. The first one I had started leaking after about a year as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It leaks

Leaking hot water and coffee. It does not work. I am not sure if the machine is seals 100%.

Really expensive decoration..... No thanks.

We received this as a Christmas present this year. When we first got it we had a hard time getting it to even brew the first cup. Finally got it primed and it worked. After a couple of months it would only brew one cup a day if we were lucky. Now it has to be cycled dozens of times to hopefully get one cup of coffee. If there are two of you wanting coffee.... Forget it. Not happening. The bad side is it was a gift and we didn't receive a gift receipt so nothing we can do to get a replacement. Pretty sure I'm just going to buy a kureg again. Never should have gotten rid of it in the first place

Great coffee, HORRIBLE machine

My roommate had this Vertuo machine and I loved it! When I moved out I was gifted my own. It worked incredibly for about 3 month and made the most delicious coffee. I moved this summer and put it into storage for about 6 weeks. Ordered new pods and went to use it a few weeks ago and couldn’t get it going. Have spent 6+ hours trying to get it to work and even called Nespresso. All they did was tell me to put the water tank on and off again and again. Did nothing. Based on googling, machines not working after a short period of not using is common. Incredible coffee but would not recommend this machine to anyone who wants a lasting product. I would like a refund!

Bad quality - doesn't last

I had this machine replaced after 1 year - and Nespresso sent me a new machine as it was under warranty. I have now had this machine for 2 years - and suddenly doesn't work. I descale and clean regularly. This model of machine is a piece of crap. So frustrating the amount of times I have had to troubleshoot these machines, and the amount of money spent and they still don't work or last!

Tasty coffee

Love mine, love the drinks, only down fall is my leaks water from the bottom of the machine. They won’t replace it which is disappointing only had it for a few months. Called customer service and I can send it in to be worked on and would take over 3 weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ugh!
