Did not last!

Coffee is good but not as hot as Keurig. Unfortunately it stopped working less than a year after getting it. Troubleshooted and bought the descaling kit but it is done! Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We recommend calling our toll-free number and press 2, to troubleshoot with a machine expert while your machine is under warranty. I love it, but, it's shelf life is only 2-3 years.

Not sure I'll buy another. It works well and the coffee is good, especially the espresso shots. But, as with most buyers, I've ended up with what's been named, "the dreaded leak". Basically, it's going to happen. I hoped my machine escaped the curse, but no. I end up with a puddle of water like thousands of others. Check You Tube during your research. You'll see, I'm not by far, the only one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Our New Machine

A downgrade from my last Nesresso machine

I received this as a gift after having a Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe Machine By De'Longhi for almost 4 years. I LOVED that machine and still have it, thankfully, because this new one is inferior in several ways. The new one is loud and makes unpleasant grinding type noises when brewing, especially near the end of the brew cycle. It also has a smaller water resevoir, a smaller capsule capture bin, and the pods do not slide into the bin when I open the machine 99% of the time. The two stars is for making good coffee and espresso. I love the aerocinno milk frother too but don't use it very often.
I honestly don't think I will keep using this which is a shame and I can't return it because it was a gift with no gift receipt. :(

Dented Machines!!!!!

Each machine i have received is dented……for how expensive these are that is not ok. I got a machine for Christmas it came dented. I got sent a replacement machine it came dented too??? What’s the deal
