[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im loving this new espresso machine. The set up was so simple and fast, pretty much ready to use straight out of the box. The pod disposal area is clever! The water dispenser is in an awkward position but since it's espresso it's not filled as frequently. I like that we can dispense freely the amount of water for each serving. Beverages come out hot but not too hot so you don't have to wait too long to drink!
Pros: Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Plus makes the best tasting coffee. It is smooth brew especially with the foaming action. I like that it has several size options, especially since I normally use a tall travel mug. With any size pod that you use, once it is brewed you can just push the button to add more coffee to your cup and press the button to turn off the flow. It is a pretty smart machine as it reads the markings on the pod to determine what type of coffee you are brewing. This coffee is way better than the k-cups that I have been using for years. Bonus was the milk frother, a fun addition to your coffee. Just pour the milk in and it will froth the milk and turn itself off when finished. It also has the option of a cold milk froth or a heated milk froth. I used almond milk and it worked great, hot and cold. However, I only gave it 4 stars because of the following reasons: 1. you can only use their pods Nespresso pods which are pricey. They need to make a pod that you can fill with the coffee of your choice. It is nice that their pods are recyclable. 2. After brewing there is always a small ring of coffee in a groove around the pod holder and it needs to be wiped out after use. I'm not sure if that is normal or not? 3. You can't just make a cup of hot water for tea as other machines allow you to make hot water without a pod.

Delicious frothy espresso every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a big coffee drinker so I thought I would mix things up a bit with the Vertuo. First of all, the machine itself is sleek and fit in well in our modern kitchen. Secondly, the pods we got were beautiful so that really added to the overall experience. Third and most importantly, the coffee itself was great. Bold, foamy and delicious. It does not come out piping hot every time but it is drinkable right away. We were pleasantly surprised by how it made a morning cup feel a little more luxurious each time!

Simple, Convenient & Delicious

It quickly and conveniently makes creamy espresso that rivals and/or beats other machines & coffee shops. It has a compact and sleek design that seamlessly blends in on a counter-top but looks very sharp. The VertuoPlus heats quickly and is simple to use, and there are a wide range of capsules that are designed specifically for different drink sizes and flavor profiles. Definitely recommend!

Super convenient and makes good espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine itself is compact and doesn't take up much counter space, the design looks very attractive and modern. The water reservoir is easy to fill and large enough that you don't need to be constantly refilling it.
The pods are very cool with a built-in barcode that tells the machine how to prepare the shot of espresso or coffee. I do wish the pods were more common and discounted in stores. The espresso shots produced by the machine are very good for a pod or capsule style shot. The crema was rich and the espresso itself was strong and flavorful. No problems with watered down coffee like you often get form other pod machines. Having different sized pods for different drinks does require you to keep variety of them on hand if you drink different styles of drinks.
The convenience and easy preparation and cleanup of this machine is wonderful, I don't need to clean out portafilters and coffee grounds that get everywhere. It's fast and easy to make multiple drinks for groups of people.
It's also great that they offer easy recycling of used capsules!

Narrow form factor and great coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to get a coffee machine similar to the Nespresso machine, but most are so big a bulky and take up too much counter space. The Nespresso machine is really narrow and barely takes up any room. It was really easy to setup and use. It has a really nice quality feel to it and is pretty impressive with it's motorized door and brewing capabilities. It comes with a variety pack of pods that was really nice so that I could try out the different types of coffees and espressos.
Overall this is a solid machine and I really recommend it.

More than coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for a few weeks now and I must say, it's become part of my daily routine. It offers the convenience of another large branded coffee maker, but with a lot more customizable options that actually mean something. Not just putting more water through the same old spent grounds. The machine itself is sleek, though it does have a pretty large footprint in my small kitchen. I would be upset about that if I didn't use it literally every day. I like the variety of pods that I can get and absolutely love that it came with a return bag for the pods to be recycled properly and not just sitting in a landfill. Definitely makes me feel better about using a high convenience machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the BEST coffee pot I have ever owned. Has 5 cup sizes, uses 3 different sizes of capsules. Alto. Espresso,Double Espresso and Gran Lungo you can make it all. Came with Aeroccino3/ Milk Frother. I give this 5 stars and highly recommend this.
