Frustrating to Setup

My daughter bought the Nespresso plus machine for me for Christmas. She had been using a Jura machine for years and thought the quality of the coffee was just as good and recommended the machine to me. We got the machine out of the box set it up according to the instructions and it would not stop the cleaning cycle which is the orange ring around the top at all. I almost gave up and was going to call customer service today but yesterday after going through 15 to 20 YouTube videos I figured out how to reset the machine and all is good now. I don’t think those instructions were in the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth it

The pods are huge and it makes about a half a mug of very bitter coffee with too much foam. It's getting returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to help decrease my coffee shop spending. It has taken some practice but I am able to match the taste of my coffee shops drinks pretty darn closely!!! Really happy with my purchase.

the worst

This is the worst machine ever. My first one only last 6 months and they sent me a replace one. The replaced one is having issues after 13 months later and it was passed the warranty. When the machine was function fine, the coffee taste better than Starbucks. The other issue is coffee/espresso not hot enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Works great until it doesn't. I'm on my 3rd machine in 3 years. First one only lasted a year and the replacement lasted a little short of 2 years. For the price of the machine, I guess I expect it and plan to keep replacing it since it's perfect in size for the space I have available on my counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible

I am about to be on my third nespresso machine, two of which were the Next within two years. Shelling out money to go with a different style vertuo machine. I would stay far away from the Next and spend the extra money on a different machine
