It is a great machine

I should have gone with the original line, as I am purely an espresso drinker. Since there is no control over cup size, you are limited to your pod sizes. If this is the way it must be, and there are no other coffee competitors available to buy from, can you please make the coffee flavors in every size? I really liked my welcome gift. The espresso does taste nice, even though it is not authentic creama. I am staying these things in my review to help people make a decision. The best of the best is not always the right fit for you.

Just don't.

I have had this machine just barely a month and it won't brew coffee, water just starts to pour out of the bottom. I got the Plus after my Vertuo Next lasted less than 2 years. If you're thinking about getting a Nespresso, dont.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good machine but problems on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to call customer service because machine out of the box would not turn on. After 1 hour was able to get machine to work but not a great start for a new product. Makes you concerned about quality of product
