WORST BUY!!!!!!

I HATE this machine! I had this machine for three months or so and I absolutely hate it. I hate how I have to push the pods to the back of the dispenser. It does not froth like the original vertuo. It's loud and I wish I had rebought the original Vertuo machine. For someone who has Nespresso for over 6 years, do not get trapped and buy the latest and greatest. I rather have a bulky machine than a machine that's not functional.... Not to mention, I hate the water dispenser. I feel like It's going to break everytime I refill water.
I wish I could go back to what I had.... I wouldn't say I like this one . Do yourself a favor.... DO NOT BUY!!!! HATE! HATE! HATE!

Machine did not work.

Very disappointed as always wanted one. Machine did not pair or go thru the first clean cycle. I returned as I was not calling an 800 number on day 1.

We would like to note, our VertuoPlus machines is not Bluetooth compatible, and will not be able to connect to WiFi, and connect to your smart device. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Essenza Mini, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance.

Breaks down in 2 years or less.Warnibg-Do not buy a Nespresso machine.It will break down and they will tell you we can sell you a new machine for a 35% discount. That makes no sense at all. They want you to buy another machine that will break down into years or less. Just look at all the negative reviews. click on each Nespresso machine and read all the negative reviews. my machine broke down in less than two years and that’s what they told me we can give you 35% discount on another machine. Instead of them improving our building a better machine they make the same junkie machine that will break down in two years or less and then they want you to buy another machine spin more money that will break down again and again and again. Read all the negative reviews. would you buy a car or appliance or TV or anything that breaks down into years are less? And then when you complain about it they tell you all will sell you another one for 35% discount. And when you buy it it will break down again. This makes no sense at all. I guarantee you I would’ve positive reviews of people who just got their machine and had it for a year less but just watching the future how many negative reviews from the same people will show up. Instead of offering people at 35% discount on another machine that will break down into years unless they should build a better machine that doesn’t break down into years or less.

Honestly, I'm pretty dissapointed

We purchased this machine about a month ago and have used it daily ever since, so I have a pretty good idea of how I feel about it... which is a bit disappointed.
My husband is a drip coffee drinker, and I prefer espresso, so I thought this would be a perfect combination of the two. However, the coffee function (and coffee itself) is really terrible. The coffee function still produces a slight espresso style froth on the top, which my husband really doesn't like. Also, we have tried 4 different flavors of coffee, and they all have a very sour and slightly burnt taste to them.
I wish we had purchased the more basic espresso model and kept our old drip coffee maker for him. I will likely end up buying a very basic drip maker, because there is no sense paying Nespresso prices for terrible coffee.
I will say, I enjoy the espresso function, and the espresso pods I have tried.

Waste of money

Got it for Christmas and to be fair the machine works fine my problem is the pods are so expensive for just ok coffee
I’m not saying K cups are better in fact I think they all suck but over priced pretty packaging doesn’t mean better
Hope to have this in the trash before St Patrick’s dayBo

Not for me Majorly Disappointed

Someone wrote this prior to me, but it is my exact feelings so I will echo what they said….Mediocre coffee, finicky machine, expensive. I wouldn't spend the money if I had to do it over. The coffee is also not hot enough for me. I am very disappointed Ana’s it sits in my counter and I use my trusty Bunn that sits beside it. Also, the cost of the coffee is way too much and is wasted because I have to buy a minimum of 10 and then they are left to sit when I don’t like the first one out of the box.

Love my VertuoPlus

This unit makes great coffee and enjoy waking up in the morning knowing that my coffee is only a few mins away. The coffee selection is great and anyone can find something they like.
When it comes to customer Service, it's pretty good but today I felt like banging my head against the wall and tossing the machine out

Great product/Super service

Love this machine. Makes a fabulous cup of coffee even better cappuccino. Always use double espresso capsules. Though mine fails after a year of heavy use. Nespresso walked me through the trouble shooting process, and when the problem could not be solved I was issued a new (relive) machine. This company is impressive, with super service and great products
