Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Nespresso machine a week after giving birth and it has been an absolute lifesaver with a newborn at home. It is so easy to use, even while holding a crying baby.

The best coffee

Love this machine. The coffee tastes so good and it’s so fun to change it up with different flavors and creamers. Only wish you could use the coffee pods to make a double espresso like the pop machine can

My coffee life has changed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Nespresso vertuo and has transformed my life! I don't need to go anywhere to make myself excellent cups of hot coffee with amazing foam, or an awesome iced latte or just simply an espresso that tastes absolutely amazing!

The sample pack that it came with gave some great options and I found a few favorite capsules out of that. The Stormio is one that I will be reordering. The machine itself is very easy to use and to keep clean. The coffee it produces is great.

Cheap machine breaks down in less than a year.

I received this as a gift and it really does make awesome coffee, but the machine is cheap and does not last long. I have maintained this machine meticulously, following the maintenance schedule as presented in the manual. I descale with the Nespresso descaling kit every 90 days.
However, now the machine is stuck in the need for descaling mode (red & green light around button) for a few weeks now and no matter what I do, it will not resolve.
there is no real way to contact Nespresso support, I guess they assume you will just buy a new machine, even if the machine is only 9 months old. No, I refuse to support a company that will not standby their product, especially one that is not inexpensive and is quite expensive for a cup of coffee all things considered.
We recently bought 2 machines as gifts for friends, we will buy something else for them and ask that we have the Nespresso's back so we can return them. Very Embarrassing. Pathetic company to make us do this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
