Great but the design is ehh

Got it solely for espresso and does the job. However, the instructions have like 9 different language options, which is great and all until you’re trying to figure out how to get everything set up and one step is a page and a half trying to dig through which language to use. Still wouldn’t connect to the app for me.
Also, have slight OCD and I truly hate the shape.
I wish the water container would be able to do a true 90 degree turn and sit next to the machine instead of slightly on an angle, takes up a lot of counter space for just a pod producing machine.

I bought this coffee pot a little over a year ago and it’s not working already. The automatic open is not working, so I want use the machine. Disappointing it only lasted a year because I love and use almost daily

Terrible machine

I bought the Nespresso vertuo 241282A68032512E2BR. THE COFFEE COMES OUT OF THE MACHINE LUKEWARM. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I READ ANOTHER REVIEW THAT SAID THE COFFEE IS NOT HOT AND NEPRESSO TOLD THE PERSON TO HEAT THE CUP.
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE ITS NOT WORTH IT. I HAVE A KEURIG AND THE COFFEE COMES OUT OF THAT MACHINE HOT.
THIS IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF junk FOR THE PRICE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too many system issues

The customer service is one of the best,however, the machine itself is terrible. There’s too many system reboots and it gets stuck all the time. Also, if you are looking for hot beverages, this machine isn’t it.

Pop Goes into the Drink

Like many other customers I had nothing but unsatisfactory experience with this cheezy budget model. Was in a box for a year until a move then, set up for guest use but it failed in my kitchen after a few months leaked all over.. A horrible mess and significant waste of expensive coffee pods. I decided to NOT call customer service after my original Vertuo machine also failed after 2 years. You can not ship a machine from Hawai'i for any reasonable price so took the hostage deal of a discount on a new machine, so far working for almost a year but very LOUD. I clean it regularly but there is a half yellow and half red light when it heats up so that must mean something like doom soon, I actually took the Pop model to the dump and pitched it over into a container which was shipped to Honolulu and to who knows where after that. I own several original pod machines and they work far better.

Loved it at first! But now......

I loved this machine at first, but I'm becoming less and less of a fan as time goes on. Firstly, this machine is LOUD when it is brewing a pod. Secondly, God forbid you accidentally try to brew a cup while the water tank is empty -- the machine will emit an even louder noise AND vibrate in anger. The last time I made the mistake of trying to brew while the water tank was empty, my coffee mug vibrated off the holding tray and crashed onto my floor in a million pieces, and I had to spend all day cleaning up the mess of milk and sugar on my kitchen counters and floor. Thirdly, the "brew" button on top doesn't work 50% of the time. I press it and press it and press it, and it won't start brewing the pod until my 1000th press. Guess this machine was on sale for a reason.

Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I love my new machine, I’m wishing for better packaging. I bought 10 sleeves to try a lot of different coffees to see what I like best. I believe the packaging of the sleeves would be enhanced if it was easier to see descriptions - I’m always turning the boxes looking for whether it’s a single or double espresso, strength, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
