Our favorite coffee

Over those years we have had the opportunity to select a variety of coffees to suit our taste and we have never been disappointed. We just purchased a Nespresso machine for our daughter and her spouse for Christmas and expect they too will enjoy Nespresso for years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already Disappointed

I just bought this machine & I’m already anticipating for it to break prematurely… I have seen the same comments about this particular machine eventually breaking in less than a year on two different sites. I hope they fixed this issue recently.

Love the Flexibility of sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Vertuo Plus for over 2 years and love the ability to make a cup of coffee to an Iced Shaken espresso at home. My husband is going to Arizona for 2 months this winter to team rope. We purchased the Vertuo Next for him to take with him plus it makes larger coffee sizes. So far we love it. My only issue is I wish it closed like the Plus.

LOUD

My wife and I bought this to replace a 5 year old unit that we moved to our RV. This Next unit is unbelievably loud, and vibrates uncontrollably (slight exaggeration). Our old unit was very quiet, and still is. We are very disappointed in the build quality. For the money it should be much quieter!

Dislike the noise & locking feature

We had a Vertuo Plus previously that we really liked. The Vertuo Next--not so much. It's very noisy, plus it's hard to press down the top and then lock it. I have arthritis in my hands and ended up having to return the machine. Wouldn't recommend this model.

Leaking machine

I have had my Virtuaplus machine for less than 2 weeks and it’s is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Coffee is great. But I am not enjoying the leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptionally Disappointing

The machine itself is beautiful (matte black) and we were so excited to use it. However, I wish I listened to the poor reviews…the quality of these machines for their price is exceptionally disappointing. We spent hours troubleshooting a BRAND NEW machine (won’t dispense the coffee). We will be returning.
