Short life

Opened it on Christmas Day and it stopped working the day after New Year (today!). First it whirred and then it leaked water out of the bottom and then it shut down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glad i switched

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad we switched over from Keurig. Nespresso coffee tastes better and I love the "froth" as well. Its got a small footprint and is extremely easy to use. A cup of great coffee in just a few minutes.

Not the best machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago and ran into so many problems with it- it made great coffee but was a hassle to get it to work properly. I'm exchanging it for the Vertuo Plus and I'm hoping that I have a better experience with that one :)

Easy to use and so much tastier than keurig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the vertuo plus recently. It makes a very good cup of coffee and its as easy as putting in the pod and hitting one button. If I'm in the mood for a latte, I just brew an espresso pod and use the milk frother, and within a couple minutes I have a latte that rivals the taste of my local coffee shop.
