Terrible. Don’t buy.

Bought this is May. After three months, can no longer get a cup of coffee out of it. The motor starts, loudly, then the button just turns solid orange. Factory restart, descaling, unplugging and plugging, nothing works. I only use this machine a few times a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crazy good coffee. Insanely good, actually

I received the VertuoPlus with Aeroccino as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I’ve always been a coffee-lover, but this is at a whole new level. My favorite pod is the Melozio…not too strong, but definitely not too weak. Delicious layer of rich crema on top of each cup. Man, I can’t even tell you how I look forward to a cup of this every morning. These machines have some hi-tech capabilities built into them, which enables them to brew a single cup to perfection. Convenient as heck, too. The flavor and quality of each cup is the best part. I’ve read some reviews where customers complained that their machine developed problems after a couple of years. Well, if that happens to mine, I will be disappointed…but I gotta say that I would replace it with another one as quickly as possible. If I get 3-4 years of THIS every morning, I will feel that I’ve gotten my money’s worth; and will be happy to purchase another VertuoPlus machine to continue the experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy

Used to like this machine but stopped working how its suppose to very loud and running hard after multiple descaling also loooses power during a brew and I have to unplug and plus back in waisting my pods and time for the money I spent not happy have only a year and 2 months of use

Disappointing

I rarely write reviews especially unfavorable ones, but I feel inclined to warn people about the problems I’ve had with the Verturo Next. Currently on my third replacement of this machine since May of 2023. The first one lasted a complete year before displaying a red light that was determined unfixable. I was sent a replacement, and that 2nd machine lasted a total of 2 months, wouldn’t turn on, no error lights, nothing. I treated it like an infant, carefully cleaning and flushing it weekly. Just received my 3rd replacement machine and truly hoping that 3rd times a charm. If the coffee this machine brewed was spectacular maybe I wouldn’t be as disappointed in my purchase, but it is not. Would recommend a different machine to anyone considering.

Do not Buy, multiple issues until it died for good

Machine lasted about 1 year and 4 months to be exact (of course the 1 year warranty had ran out 4 months ago). Getting close to the one year mark it started giving me every type of problems you can imagine, once was a red light, then orange light, then capsule wasn't recognized, I think I went through every issue the machine could have. I would call Nespresso every other month this year. Until today, the day of this review, the machine would not turn on anymore. Called Nespresso for the 5th time so they could tell me I needed to buy a new machine which I ended up doing unfortunately. Do not buy this Vertuo Next Machine. It is not a good product, or unless Nespresso fabricates one in a 1000 with defect and I was really unlucky. I am very disappointed because it's not a cheap product and to be buying another machine in less than 2 years is not expected at all.

One year tops , really?

I really did like the taste and creama from Vertuo plus but after one year and unfortunately one month it is broken. We ran a descale and then the loud, very very loud noise appeared. The warranty was one year so now we have to be offered 35% off a new one! I mean, it should last longer at this price, I think! And now the coffee taste is off. So Very disappointed .

Barely lasted a year. Looks like it's not an uncommon issue. They will give me a discount to buy another machine...... gee thanks. Not a good look, Nespresso
