Simply amazing!

I’ve had a Vertuo system for over six years and it consistently performed well for me. There was a problem with it that could not be resolved (even after spending time troubleshooting with your kind and patient staff!). I replaced it with the Vertuo Plus and I’m impressed with the design and quality, not to mention the resulting fine cuppa every time!! Thanks Nespresso!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

My machine only lasted 13 months and I am having problems getting a replacement machine at no cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this machine after seeing tik tok’s about it and I am so glad I did. I love the crema that is made and the coffee capsules are amazing. Love this machine so much. Now I can’t go a morning without my Nespresso. I even get some of my co-workers to buy one!

I got this as a gift and love it! My only criticism is that I wish the coffee was a little hotter. But overall amazing and I can make my own lattes. I have not been to a coffee shop since. Hoping this machine lasts for 10 years!

Perfect Espresso at the touch of a button!

This is our third Vertuo Plus machine in seven years. We make approximately 2100 Espressos each year. We love our Vertuo Plus & would not purchase any other type of Espresso machine.

No Brainer

I’m obsessed with this thing. I don’t feel any desire to get coffee from a chain near me anymore. Quick coffee in the morning before work, and a treat I look forward to when I ge get home.

I am thrilled with my VertuoPlus nepresso machine. It makes a great cup of coffee and there are a variety of pods to choose from. I would love if nepresso had more choices of a flavored decaf pod. Other than not, I have no complaints.
