Not as reliable as Keurig

It worked for a while and all of the sudden it stopped turning on. Just won't work and nothing happens, I am left with brand new pods that I can't use. I always run the clean cycle and do all the maintinance. They won't even let me send it back for it to be fixed, not as reliable as my keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice upgrade from original Vertuo

I upgraded to the vertuo next after many years of the original vertuo machine. I like that this machine takes up less countertop space than my first vertuo, but this one is so loud when it is brewing! The water tank is behind the machine and seems like an odd placement. But overall still satisfied with the operation of delivering a rich cup of coffee as long as you have noise canceling headphones on!
