[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo Next. The first one I got broke after one year of use. I had just past the 12 month warranty period, unfortunately. I was offered a slight discount on a new machine. Hoping this one continues to work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Nespresso machine we have owned after the Vertuo Plus - both great machines. The added creative mode/ability to brew for iced coffee with the Vertuo Next has been an incredible upgrade for us. The machine also looks great in our kitchen.

Broken in under a year

Less than a year and it broke. Does not start brewing

Died right after warranty.

After a year and a half the machine died. Yes technically outside of the warranty period so we are owed nothing but having to buy a new one after so little time. I’d rather support a company that trusts their products and supports the customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
