It's like having a cup of coffee with my sister

Now, we can both enjoy the same experience together, having a Nespresso while talking on the phone, despite the miles between us. Nespresso brings people nearer.

Replaced twice

I had 2 VertuoPlus that needed replacing. The first one leaked and the replacement wouldn’t close. It was remaining open for anywhere from a day to several weeks. Nespresso customer service was awesome replacing both defective units. My third machine is being delivered. I have 3 Nespresso machines at work one being a professional model. The one I’m referring to in my review is my home machine. I was worried about the VertuoPlus having an electric (push button) mechanism to open and close. I am now replacing my VertuoPlus with a non automatic close/open button.

I'm in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had more VertuoPlus for about two weeks and all I can say, is why didn't I buy it sooner? I love the coffee it makes.....my frother is a game changer. Now if I can only figure out which one of the coffee flavors I like.....time will tell.

Received this barely a month ago and water is pouring out the bottom of the machine. Got this one after my Vertuo Next didn't even last 2 years.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great coffee, cost and inventory less great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our Vertuo machine and nespresso coffee and have been regular purchasers for over 2 years now. In the past year I have noticed that many of the flavors I want are out of stock and the prices for coffee have risen dramatically. I understand the supply chain constraints, but it is frustrating. Particularly for the seasonal flavors, I feel like they are sold out the second they are released. I would also love to see more decaf or half-caf options, they are often sold out and our family really enjoys decaf options. I do not particularly enjoy the iced coffee, if I want an iced coffee I'm more likely to buy cold brew than to use my Nespresso. The coffee always comes out watery when the hot coffee is poured over ice.

Breville Vertuo Plus AWESOME... DeLonghi Plus NOT

I bought the Breville manufactured Vertuo Plus in Matte Black to replace my 3 month old Vertuo Next manufactured by DeLonghi. The Plus is a dream to use... the auto open/close is elegant, large water reservoir, coffee is just pure AWESOME, machine seems solid, well made... in marked contrast to the Next by DeLonghi that constantly couldn't read pods, leaked everywhere, required rinsing after every 3 or 4 uses to read a bar-code... it's a useless paper-weight & Nespresso should stop using DeLonghi to produce their machines. I'm boxing the Next back up and ENJOYING our Vertuo Plus immensely!

Love the slim design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third virtuo in 10 years. The other two are still going strong but we just keep adding them to different rooms in our house. This one with the narrow design and movable water reservoir makes it perfect for the kitchen counter. Coffee is consistently good and we would never use any other machine.
