Issues with pod mover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine. My only complaint is the mechanism that is supposed to move the pod into the disposal part does not work, so I'm going to have to send it back. Super frustrating as I will then be without a machine for idk how long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works as the last on did. One comment is that the plastic pod remover is not as effective as the previous metal one. Plastic one removes pod 50% of the time, metal one removed pods 100% of time.

Great coffee selection with a sleek machine design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo for my husband who is an avid coffee drinker to replace our drip coffee maker. He was tired of making full pots when he only wanted one cup at a time. The flavors offered and the simplicity of the design are just spectacular. The only critique is that it feels like the coffee could be hotter.

I love this espresso machine so much! It makes the perfect size coffee and I also love making my espresso with it. It heats up so quick and the coffee always tastes so delicious. I definitely recommend this product.
