2nd Plus Machine and loving it

This is my second Vertuo Plus - ( I gave my original one to my daughter 3 years ago and it’s still alive!). The second was gifted and it’s three years old - still works great. I recommend adhering to the descaling alerts and I also run the “quick clean” cycle every 2 weeks. It’s quick, with a glass measuring cup to catch the very hot water, and I always have a clean machine. The bit of upkeep is very much worth the effort; the coffee is always perfect.
My only negative is not enough to bring the rating down - Nespresso, please let Vertuo Plus make alto size pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a NESPRESSO customer for years. Our machines lasts until we see a new one we like, yet the old one is still in good condition. Their coffee pods are the best!

We have had our machine for about a year and have had consistent problems for the past 6 months. Now it makes a grinding sound IF we can even get it to brew. I have chatted with support a few times, but it always goes back to working sporadically despite a regular cleaning and descaling schedule. I'd recommend choosing a different model with higher ratings. I wish I would have listened to the reviews when I bought ours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
