Decent, better than other options

I use this over my keurig, it gets expensive with the pods. 2nd machine due to failure. Breaks easy. Have to descale and clean regularly. Lots of options, but again, costly with only their brand for options

So great, I bought two!

I grew up in an Italian household and have been drinking coffee since I was extremely young. I also was a barista when I was younger, and have every type of brew system out there to enjoy my coffees depending on my mood.
The biggest problem I had at work was not having a quick brew system for being on the go. I would usually bring in coffee I made at home but would run out early on, and I did not want to use my departments k-cups (they are tasteless!). I invested in one of these for my desk for work and WOW! I wish I’d done this sooner!
Pros:
-Coffee is hot
-The foam is AMAZING
-Flavour notes are clear and have much more body than other (quick pod) machines I’ve used in the past.
-Easy one touch button system that reads the pod code
-automatic open and close lid
-Easy clean up
-Coffee is hot

Yup, that’s it for cons! If it were a bit more quiet, it would be nice, but of course that is not a deal breaker.
I have now purchased a machine for home to add to my other classic espresso machine, French press, pour overs, drip system, etc.
I also waited two months to review to make sure it was consistent with taste and performance. I cannot recommend these machines enough!

Perfect latte everytime. Chiaro pods are my favorite. Easy to use machine. Coffee done with a min. Heats up fast. So far has lasted a whole year with no issues.
