[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience that this machine gives me! The mechanism that opens and closes the top is finnicky for me, sometimes I have to press it two or three times for it to work. Other than that it seems to work great so far! I also ordered a bunch of sleeves and maybe 20 or so were partially crushed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expected better.

I got it as a gift for Christmas and was so happy for first couple months, but then I explored downgrades of this coffee machine: 1.Pods is pretty expensive 2. It’s braked after 1 year, when I called support they told me they don’t will help me, because I used different pods (same vertuo pods, but with Starbucks flavor) apparently if you use ANY OTHER PODS EXCEPT FROM THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, it means they not responsible for your machine. Even though Starbucks does this pods with collaboration of Nespresso and they visually fully identical. Disappointed. Also machine give different amount of coffee every single time (since day 1) , no matter if it’s original pods or Starbucks one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this purchase - it's sleek, and makes a great cup. also it works fast! Only complaint would be that it failed to recognize my bluetooth was on when it came to pairing the machine... but, who needs it paired to bluetooth anyway!?

And the money I've saved from not purchasing coffee from other places has more than covered the cost of the machine. All the pods I've tried have been amazing. Winner for me and my husband.
