Great concept but failed execution

Unreliable. Double blink red light every other day requires wash cycles. Starting the day with having to battling the machine, support only adds to the aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and I am obsessed with it! It makes the perfect cup in under a minute. So many different coffee flavors and intensities to choose from. Made my whole coffee experience 10x better!

Amazing coffee, fantastic company

This is absolutely my favorite coffee maker I’ve ever had. You can select pods of all sizes and you’re able to brew them all and enjoy them in the push of a button. Each one is vastly different and you can select how strong you want your coffee to be. I brewed a double shot espresso in my photo as a perfect pick me up in the afternoon. When you order they send you a complementary disposable bag so you can send them your pods back so they can dispose of them in a way that it is good for the environment. Everything about this company is amazing and I would highly recommend.

Love the coffee not the machine

This coffee machine makes very good coffee but the machine it’s self has given me some trouble it takes a long time to make a small cup of coffee and the cleaning process isn’t very good there’s no way to get it back to its original form, it was great at first but I just am not happy with how long it takes. But if you’re looking for something that makes great coffee it does! Just not in a timely manner!
