Love my Nespresso

Great coffee

I love that the capsules are recycled, and the coffee is light years better than k cups. My niece and nephew just visited and after coffee at my house, they went home and bought a Nespresso for their home too.

Sustainable & Delicious

My Nespresso is my favorite appliance in my kitchen. I used to have a Keurig, but I enjoy espresso beverages more than regular coffee. I love all the options of brews and pods. My favorite are double shots! My favorite Nespresso pod is the IL Cafe brew, and also the Starbucks Blonde Espresso. My boyfriend recently used the full cup feature and loved his coffee. We are won over by Nespresso. Their pod recycling program is incredible, and the machine came in all recyclable packaging!

Machine leaks

Just received this a few days ago. I love the quality of coffee that this produces. But I’m taking off a star and I think maybe it actually deserves less because it leaks already?? I’ve noticed it leaks water whenever I make a coffee drink but not when I make an espresso one. The water tank is attached correctly. I don’t know yet where the leak is coming from. I’m just disappointed that it’s a brand new machine and it’s leaking.

As part of your machine maintenance, we recommend the first time use steps with water only, at least once a week to flush any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. Your VertuoPlus machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistant Service Program. We recommend calling us at your convenience, when you’re with your machine, to register your machine to your account and troubleshoot to find a solution. We’re available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by phone, for your convenience. We’re confident you’ll be back to your Nespresso coffee ritual again soon with your VertuoPlus machine.
