Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Plus last month to use in my office I I space. The cherry red color is beautiful. My colleagues and I have enjoyed the ease of use and the delicious coffee. The machine is quiet and opens easily to insert pods. I am so pleased with this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too temperamental

Machine is easy to use, but way too temperamental. Also, the coffee does not come out warm enough. You have to put it in the microwave after brewing it. Not in love with most of the flavors they have either. Ours leaks. On the positive side, their customer support is saying they will replace our unit since it is still under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth it

Purchase in December, wouldn’t brew about 4 months later, Nespresso replaced it, the replacement is also now experiencing the exact same issues, laser isn’t reading the pods, we’ve kept the machine super clean (to the point where it’s too much work) and have now just requested the Evoluo hoping for better luck. I also have the original and NEVER had issues, we got the Vertuo to brew coffee and espresso but so far, it doesn’t seem worth it. Hate wasting expensive pods on a non-working machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was great while it lasted

Like a lot of other reviews, I had my Next for a year and a half before it broke down. It was great - I used it daily and cleaned it regularly. A few weeks ago, it started leaking from the top (every troubleshooting guide talks about leaks from tank) and now the button doesn't even work - it lights up, but does nothing when I press it. It's a shame, I did like it while it worked

COFFEE SUPPERB NOTTHE MACHINE.

this is my third machine and yes the coffee is spectacular but the machines works good for sometime and then it starts giving problems. I do all the trouble shooting to make it work again and she does but again she stops. Now I have a dilema, I love their coffee but IO cannot be buying a machine every two years, they are not cheap. We are big coffee drinkers, we use about 200 or 300 capsules a month. Again the espresso is excellent excellent excellent but the machine is not iqual to the quality of the product. I am thinking of getting a Kourig to see how it works.

Best Coffee Machine on the market!

I've had this for 3 and half years now, I use it to make 4 cups of coffee every single day (2 for me and 2 for my husband) still works like its brand new out of the box and coffee taste is always 10/10!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trash. Don’t buy.

Complete trash. Only worked for one year before it stopped working. Will not reset, have done all the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer and still nothing. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Would give it zero stars if I could.
