Smooth open close feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from the Vertuo Next to the Plus and it is worth it! It is so much easier to close the lid with the touch of a button. If you have a toddler like I do or issues with dexterity then this is the one for you! With the NEXT it took a little bit of strength to close the lid but this one is so simple! I love the bigger water tank as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from our 3 year old Vertuo Plus (more rounded look). Love the sleek, streamlined look and chrome features. The machine did arrive with a small scratch right in the front, but the inconvenience of repackaging and returning seemed more trouble than the scratch was worth
