Great Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product over a month ago and it's been the best purchase yet! My VertuoPlus Deluxe has been by far the best coffee maker. It's quick and easy and the best coffee I've ever had. If you love expresso or just a good cup of coffee, this is the machine for you!

Good coffee. Mediocre machine

I have had this machine for about 2 months. It used to be fairly quiet. Now, all of a sudden, the top makes a loud rattling sound when spinning the capsule. I have to lightly press down on the top in order for it to make less noise. Very disappointing.
