I stayed in an ABNB and they had the VertuoPlus and I fell in love with it. Made delicious coffee one cup at a time, which was perfect for me. I bought one when I got home. The device I got only makes up to 8 oz., and I would have preferred a larger cup of coffee. (in other words, don't purchase the largest pods) I have to say it is a bit noisy when brewing, I'm the only one up when I make my first cup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for your review, Becks. We're dismayed to learn that you prefer larger cups of coffee that exceed 8 oz, and your VertuoPlus machine will not brew the larger XL Coffee capsules. The XL Coffee capsules were created for the following machine models: Vertuo Next, Vertuo Pop+, Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe, Vertuo Creatista, and Vertuo Lattissima.
As part of your machine maintenance, we recommend the first time use steps with water only, at least once a week to flush coffee granules out of the head of your machine. Your VertuoPlus machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. Please reach out to troubleshoot your machine is it continues to sound loud. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. Manual lid lever constantly Stuck!!

Do not buy the Virtuo Next! The lid lever gets stuck constantly!!! You have to be the hulk to even attempt to get it open. The manual lever is the most annoying thing about the machine. There is no rhyme or reason to when it will work or when it will get stuck. Don’t waste your money on this machine.

Poor quality equipment

Purchased the Vertuo Next couple months back. Stopped working already, in less than 6 months. Very poor quality

Does not work

I’ve had this for about a year and have had on and off problems since I’ve gotten it. Wasted so many of their expensive pods because the machine randomly had issues and you have to use a new pod. Today finally no matter what I do I can’t get it to work. I cannot get it to brew, can not get it to run a cleaning cycle. Have tried everything, including cleaning the whole machine, trying to descale, cleaning the machine, and more. User guides are absolutely no help. Save your money this machine is a piece of junk!

Flaw in the design

Always having problems with this machine. I only use this machine once a week and constantly cleaning it, but now it doesn't work at all. It is so tiring to want to make one cup of coffee, but the machine blinking and not working.

LASER reader stopped working

It was fine while it lasted, but our laser reader apparently stopped working and we could NOT brew coffee anymore. We've only had the machine for 2 years... would not recommend due to the lifespan.

I have a brand new vertuo next I have never been able to used that doesn't work😭. I purchased it a few years ago but didn't use it as my Nepresso Plus was still going strong. Now I'm out and have to decide on a new machine. Unfortunately it wont be nepresso. Please do better
