Not reliable. My last Nespresso machine

My second Nespresso machine, broke after 2-3 years, roughly the same time as first one. I still bought a new machine because I have bunch of unused capsules, but it’s time to go for serious machine and definitely not Nespresso. Coffee is good, but machines break too often!

Avoid this unit

I have had this machine for two years and it constantly requires me to call tech support. Numerous times a year it malfunctions. Additionally it is quite hard to close. The design is bad. It needs to be reengineered or pulled from the line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible design

Do not buy this hunk of junk unless you enjoy cleaning your coffee machine multiple times a day

Constant issues

Love my Vertuo Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift and now I can have my lattes at home without the expense of going out. Love that. Also, I appreciate the many tutorials about the coffee and the features.

Used to be great but stopped working properly

We were very happy with this machine but 1yr and half later it's malfunctioning. It's now very loud when it's running even after multiple descaling. Also at times it just stops working properly and it runs with no coffee being poured/brewed. And it only works after unplug/plug which ends up waisting ex non expensive pods

Great coffe when it worked!

I have owned a Vertuo for a year. It no longer works for some reason. I have done all the troubleshooting ideas to no avail. I am very disappointed!

Horrible machine

I would have selected 0 out of 5 stars. I followed all instructions and it didn’t produce not 1 cup of coffee but instead leaked all over. I returned it the next day and apparently this happens a lot with the Next according to the rep at the store. Wish that information was disclosed to me when I made the purchase but nonetheless I’ll go with 1 star because this machine was aesthetically pleasing. I had the rose gold and black and matched my kitchen perfectly. In 6 years I’ve never had 1 problem with my Keurig. I love Nespresso coffee but really hesitant to purchase another machine.
