This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Our Aeroccino warms the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching. Here are a couple of tips to help prepare a hotter beverage to increase your overall enjoyment: use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer, make sure the size of your cup matches the size of the blend, Clean the brew unit by following these steps: eject the capsule, close, and lock the machine, and press the button 3 times rapidly. The cleaning process will take up to 5 minutes and will dispense water from the machine in stops and starts. We recommend doing this weekly for the best maintenance.
