Look for something else

Much like other reviewers, the quality on this machine is lacking. Even with proper maintenance, it went bad right before the 2 year mark. I put the pod in and click the button - Light blinks orange twice. Descaled and Cleaned - it works 1 time and then process starts over again. Tech support couldn't fix it and offered 35% off a new device since it is out of warranty. I wouldn't recommend this device.

Plagued with troubles

When it works, it is a great machine. But we have had two irreparably break in a three year time, so I do not recommend this model.

Great coffee, quickly served!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous machine stopped working, so we opted the discount on a new machine rather than repairing the old one. We are long-time nespresso users, and have saved quite a bit of money forgoing the expensive coffee shops.

I really wanted to love it

Lasted less than two years and came with many problems. I love the Nespresso espresso and coffee but not sure I’ll be sticking with the brand. I have tons of pods with no machine to brew them. And the pod prices have gone up so much not sure if I’m saving much nowadays vs going to the coffee shop

I'm new to Nespresso!

Stopped working 🙁

I bought this machine last Christmas. It has stopped working there is no water coming out. Can’t do a descaling. Is there someone who can help me with a return or replacement of this machine. Not happy at all.

Do NOT recommend

Had for two years and it already broke - warranty only lasts a year. Only option is to pay for a repair, which could take 4-6 weeks, or buy a new one with 35% off. I do not recommend this product at all! Be prepared to pay for another machine in 2 years.

Don’t buy

I’ve gone through two of these things now, within two years, they’re lemons. Poor quality and poor service when trying to trouble shoot. Very disappointed with Nespresso’s “resolution”.
