Fabulous machine

Bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She had the vertuo pop+ and hated all the problems she had with the machine but loves the coffee. This one she doesn't have to hold shut to make it work. It opens and shuts automatically. Awesome 👍👍👍👍

How did I live without this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit, I looked into this system before but dismissed it as being too expensive vs a pot of coffee.
Let me say, I could not have been more wrong about so much.
The set up was quick and straight forward. Use the QR code for instructions.
First: It took longer to choose my flavor than it did to brew. Nice.
Second: The cup of coffee rivaled any cup I have had from a coffee house.
Conclusion: When you need that afternoon pick-me-up, or a special treat… add hot foam and let Vertuo take you away. It’s like a coffee shop in your kitchen, no tip necessary. And the cost, less than that coffee house. I wish I had bought this years ago.
Treat yourself, BUY THIS!!

The first machine I received was defective but Nespresso was quick to exchange and I was able to pick the rose gold machine. A littly bulky but coffee is quick, hot, and I love the receptacle compartment.

Vertuo Next LEAKS, Flawed design

I bought the Vertuo Next. Within a few months it was leaking all over my counter when it was turned on. Nespresso replaced it. A year later the new one Nespresso sent me started leaking and then stopped working. There is definitely a design flaw. The coffee pods are expensive enough, so I refuse to buy another machine. I put the machine away hoping Nespresso will fix the design flaw and replace my machine. I spent a lot of money on the coffee pods. If Nespresso wants my business they will replace my machine and I will continue to purchase coffee from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
