Not a good fit for me

I bought this machine a week ago and I’m ready to return it The locking mechanism is hard to turn and anyone with arthritis in their hands. It hurts. Hate this new system. Coffee still tastes good but not worth the trouble

broke after a year and a half

this was a great machine for a year and a half. Then one day I just couldn't close the lid. It was always kind of hard to close so I would say if yours does that get it warrantied before it breaks. I guess this is how Nespresso makes so much money lol, expensive coffee and machines that break so you have to buy a new one

Horrible

Worst coffee machine ever. The amount of times I went to work with a cup of hot water and time wasted waiting for the machine to make something when it would just abruptly stop. The pods are expensive and the ground coffee cup refill is horrible.

Stay away from this machine and pick an original

I bought this one for the office after having the original coffee machines from Nespresso. I have the original machine at home and love the coffee. This one, keeps erroring out almost everytime I put in a pod. I have to keep unplugging the machine and then trying again until it works. The coffee itself is also sub par. It creates a coffee foam.. not crema, but foam.. when I make espresso. Horrible experience.

Love/hate

I’ve been through 3 machines in less than 4 years. Super frustrating. We love the coffee but it’s not worth buying a new one every 1 1/2 years.

Do not buy this machine!

Unfortunately, I had the same issue as reviews below. I do not recommend you buying this coffee machine. My family and I returned coffee machine and upgrade to Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe and have had no issues.

DONT BUY - BUY A VERTUO PLUS

DONT BUY- BUY A PLUS INSTEAD. I have had 2 Vertuo Next machines in 3 years. My current machine is broken and out of the one year warranty period. There is a class action lawsuit in progress for the machines because they notoriously fail. Now I am going to buy a Vertuo Plus because I have a ton of nespresso pods and don't want another Next.

Leaks water underneath machine

Purchased a Vertuo Next machine which included the frother - due to having Nespresso at a family member’s home and loved it - the of March, 2025, it started leaking water underneath as well as all over our counter after a couple of weeks, thought it was the water tank, tried another water tank, still leaked but never did when water tank was set on the counter by itself so returned the machine where we purchased, decided to order a Vertuo Evoluo hoping it works better and if it does not we will sadly have to stop drinking Nespresso.
