[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a vertuo plus machine and I absolutely love it! Coffee genuinely tastes good, it makes the best crema and I love the variety, specifically the double espresso options.

Great and Reliable

Ive had mine for a few years and I had to replace it when I first got it because what we are thinking is that it was dropped before I got it as a gift and it showed. After that ive had it ever since. I think ive had it for about 4/5 years. I know how to clean it and when it clogs when you dont use it for a bit you just rotate the inside above the podholder and boom its fine. I love it. I can use the xl to the single pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is like the original one that I bought 8 years ago, but better. It is more fitted in size. The water and pod receiver are narrower and fit on the counter. The color blends in with other appliances. Very pleased. The book that comes with it is very easy to understand. Exactly what I wanted.
