Less than two years and it broke. It gets so frustrating trying to brew and always get the red light. Offered to fix since it is out of warranty or I can buy new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do NOT Buy This Machine!

Absolute junk machine. Unreliable and extremely buggy. Fails within a year - quits brewing coffee and wastes expensive coffee pods. Troubleshooting with customer support is demanding and tedious, with limited results. Do NOT buy this machine.

No good

I got this for Christmas today, and wasted four of their expensive coffee pods trying to get it to work. It kept saying that the water tank was full when it was not, and I finally got it to work by blowing into a straw attached to one of the valves, which I saw on a random YouTube video?? Totally wild for a product that is supposed to be high-qualify

I do NOT recommend this machine. It has caused me SO much frustration. It works fine for a couple of months maximum, and then it will flash the orange light as if it needs cleaning every single time you try to brew a pod, and won’t brew even if I do run the cleaning cycle daily. I’ve already had one machine replaced, and the second one did the exact same thing. I really look forward to my espresso in the morning and it’s such a frustrating way to start my day spending 20 min just trying to get it to make a cup. The espresso itself is delicious! But it’s not worth the headache in the morning and having to skip coffee at home all together a lot of days. I know it’s not just my machine, as you can find Reddit threads full of people with the exact same complaints. Nespresso, do better!! This machine and pods are way too expensive to have to deal with this.

Disappointing

It shouldn't be a coincidence that so many 1 star reviews popped-up for this unreliable model. When I heard the offer for 35% discount for a new one I kind of feel relief thinking to buy a new version but after I read all these reviews it sounds like a trap to force you to purchase every other year. I am not happy with this. I lost my trust to the brand will go with better one.

Avoid this model

It worked great in the beginning but it broke soon after. Difficult to pair with phone, cleaning cycle won't work and eventually stops brewing altogether.

Only 1 year and garbage sent in 2 times 1st leaking tank 2nd they wouldn't tell me machine wouldn't open now leaks from under front of machine 65 to fix if possible 0r 35 percent off new one ridiculous oh and not off any machine only certain ones tossing in garbage where it belongs

Choose a different model!

Bought this model a few years ago. When it died about 4 months later they sent a new one under our warranty. Then the new one died about 11 months later. They were still willing to honor the warranty on that one. The person who helped us subtley suggested we get another model and they'd give it to us for the same price even though it was more expensive. So now we've had the upgraded model for well over a year and it is still going strong. I can't believe they are still selling this horrible model. It looks great and had good features. They just need to put different insides into the nice outside.
