Great coffee

I bought my machine 3-4 years ago during COVID. Never descaled (until yesterday) and cleaned once. A few days ago it started leaking and after descaling it, I couldn't get it to work again....orange light constantly flashing. I tried numerous online fixes, but decided that between the leaking, the time since buying etc. it was time to let it go. I too, think there should be fewer problems, but am addicted to my afternoon espresso and biscotti treat! I'm ordering a new one.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. A must-have for anyone who loves coffee

The Vertuo Next was one of my first purchases after landing! This is a great machine that supports so many sizes/types of coffee - all adjustable from the app. It’s a bit of an indulgence but worth it!

Great- stylish
